For most people, your home will be the largest single investment you will ever make, so making the wrong decision can become a very expensive mistake. Taking the wrong mortgage can end up costing thousands extra over the lifetime of the loan, and what appears to be the cheapest on day one will not always prove to be so over an extended period of time.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
For mortgages we can either be paid by fees, commission, or a combination of both. We typically work on a no fee basis, however if you elect to pay by fee this will either be £250 and we will receive commission from the lender, or a fee of 1% of the loan and we will refund any commission from the lender. ie on a loan of £100,000, a fee of £1,000 would be payable.
Whilst our main office, which is based in Wokingham is within easy reach of the town centre, Reading, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Sunningdale and Ascot are just a short distance away. Our Wokingham office is located within the M4 corridor providing easy access to both Central and Greater London by rail or car. We also have offices based elsewhere in the south of England.
